i have a thread on cicci with all the pictures i took while tearing down our motor for the leaking intercooler (and then swapping the heads out and setting the timing chain) in the srt6 section, you will probably want to check them out, there is too many pictures to try and repost so please check them out there.

Wow you really hogged out thoses runners. I took a more tapered aproach and didn't change the port size at the bottom of the runner.

Witchhunter Performance injector service. $124, took less than a week, thank you Gordan.

Got the SC runners ported and one manifold done.

Holy crap, it takes forever. I can see why people charge big bucks to port, IT SUCKS!!

WP was highly regarded on the Vortex/Audi forums, and also motorcycle forums. Smart guy, the name sticks in your head.

krazy, does your 32 have the same line pipe as the SRT6 or the C32? I happen to have two C32 line pipes here....

should be identical engines. the only differences i have found between our cars aside fromn the sheetmetal are the rear axles and the obvioyus engine markings. possible different ecu tune but after retune that dissapears. oh yeah mine has a dual personality... coupe and vert!

Yes, I only polished the very front and knife edged the seperator thingy. The SC runners and manifolds came out really nice too.

No Thanks! I thought it would be fun to port but turns out it was teedious and nerve wracking. "I'm gonna wreck my car".

Really I should have used a boroscope (whatever it's called) to ensure the ports where all enlarged by the same amount. Close enough I hope. Tried to remove as little as possible.
