I thought I could fool some of you into thinking I was putting a manual transmission in. Lol, but really my winter beater Ranger ate it's gearbox so I've been side tracked.

At -20 degrees F. a 97 Ford Ranger will idle and coast at about 4000 RPM. At about -15 degrees F. it will run normally.

behind the glove box.... you can hide it under the panel, or on the panel inside the cabin if access is needed... there is a nice access point through the firewall there.... my Zietronix cables go though that location and sits in the little netting in the passenger foot well...

My manifold bolts need checking regularly unless I use locktite blue. I've had the manifolds off several times and don't use the blue unless I think they won't be coming off for a while. The box ..... I was told to put it in the fuse box. My Zeitronix is still in the closet but I'm preparing myself mentally for the instal and tune. Tuna, love this thread. Keep posting what your doing and pictures. I'll be following in your footsteps eventually.
