99.9% sure its a cpu problem. If it was an ecu problem car would be a paperweight...

Funny thing about ms windows and drivers, sometimes they don't play well.

What are you talking about??? Windows always runs great...dont you remember Windows ME?

now we found the problem,i dont know wy but the map sensor go in protection,we doed a map clamp, now the map sensor read a litle bit more less than before and now the car work well
we checked everything,a/f,iat,etc,we checked also the 2 knock sensoir voltage and they togheter hit max 4,7 v on a hard run in 4 gear (up to the top rev),now someone have logged or mnitered this value, because i want to know if are normal (no error from ecu)

I blocked out those months of my life. Someone told me it was because of retro grade amnesia due to severe trauma.

anyone?i need to understand if i v archived to much timìng with the map clamp,my a/f ratio is ok,no error from ecu,no esitation but i don t know how to interpretate the knock sensor reading

I have been thinking of getting the tune on my na after the Mercedes engine cover and the 74mm throttle body have been installed.
So what is the best OS to use? Windows XP or ?
Or maybe it's best to just send the ecu.

²
Set Condition: Lower limit: Knock Sensor voltage is less than 0.10 volts. Upper limit: Knock Sensor voltage is

greater than 4.98 volts.

That's all i got for ya.

yeah.tks,so what this the voltage for hard detonation ? how to know if all is right? i v noticed the reading of the 2 knock sensor are always with the same value, how to undestand if the i have dangerous detonation?the car revs without any esitation

I think you have way too many cooks in the kitchen on this tune. Just take the ecu out and send it EC and let them do a tune. If you have someone else altering what they are doing, you will not get the right tune. You lean that baby out, and it's goodbye engine. They have hundreds of tunes under their belt, and can do a "canned" tune that will damn close to what you need.

You could try to log ignition timing and see if see if it's getting pulled back.

I haven't messed with these ECU's, but on the Chrysler ECU's that I have messed with, generally knock tolerance went up with RPM. In the Chrysler turbo ECU's from the late 80's/early 90's, at idle to about 2K RPM anything over .5V will trigger knock and it's pretty much a linear scale up to about 6K RPM where about 3.9V is allowed before timing gets pulled.

Based on this, if you're seeing over 4V on the knock sensor, I would say you are probably about to put a hole in your pistons, or at least break some rings due to all of the detonation it would take to cause that much knock.

Again, this is just my experience with the ECU for the 4 cylinder Chrysler turbos so the SRT6 may be different and might not be as tolerant to knock (or more tolerant).
