Thanks for the responses. I'll be looking form the results with the 5xx injectors.I am not far away, actually quite close as the lean condition is only up near 5500rpm. Hopefully I get good results with the 495 cc injectors. I'll report the results and will be getting goo results with the 495CC injectors. as for a reason I cannot figure out. Results will follow, Thanks mark

After the lean condition is resolved my mods will not be many. My present mods are in my sig. When starting out the motor runs correctly, just the last 500rpm is where it goes lean. My part throttle power is up quite a bit. I will be doing a datalog for for Rob if I can find a place to run the car without a cop seeing me gives me a ticked. I have a thread. about radar detectors. I believe I am going with the Valentine One at $499. Guys on ebay sell them for $450. on average. Also no more mods with out a dyno tune. Rob's fuel response is costly and maybe for good reason as if it resolves the lean condition.
A lower operating condition shows my datalog for the motor. Rob's headers with catless downpipes will possibly make good power and expending the exhaust from the motor making 21psi of boost, a 45% increase from stock, should clean things up.
I would like to run an AFR at WOT of 11.5-12.0 to see what amount of boost the motor yields. Since I am making 45% more boost may make the exhaust mod worthwhile. Here is my plan. internal X-pipe magnaflow muffler where the Magnaflow muffler as close to the motor as possible, resonator delete with a Borla Pro XS muffler out back as this muflerr does not DRONE! I'd like to see 30whp at a minimum. If Rob's catless pipes make 15whp the rest of the system should be fine, adding the extra whp I can get for the exhaust. A resonator delete with a Bolra Pro XS muffler(no drone with this high flow muffler) will complete my mods also I can take care of some paint chips especially. Magnaflow internal x-pipe to even the flow and the resonator delete with a Borla pro XS muffler, this is a no drone muffler with the Hookers, and a Borla Pro XS out back. I will get the new injectors from the shop that flowed one that yielded a 494cc @ 43.5 PSI. using a chart that converts the amount of fuel to 580cc with higher pressure(60psi). I have to install the injectors and do an email tune first and a dyno run later. The 580cc is at 60psi at the rail. I have the kit Rob sells for high flow catback exhausts. One thing I may look into is a set of side pipes if I can find a way to cover he exhaust pipe along the side of the car with the final exhaust power. I will definitely do the exhaust as my last mod for power. It pulls hard at part throttle and when just starting out part throttle really really puts me back in the seat. I will then do a resonator delete with that internally X-pipe Magnaflow as close to the motor as possible, resonator delete with that Borla muffler at he rear. Hoping for a 30whp from Rob's headers and downpipes along with the other mods I listed above.
The injectors that I have flowing 495cc will flow 580cc so a tune, email from Jerry should make the usable rpm for these motors. 580cc's should be enough of fuel mods, yes? A dyno run with the last of my mods being complete I will post before and after results. Thx, Mark

OK. I got the fuel pressure attached to the rail, 67psi at idle. This pressure is needed for me to run a higher rpm before going lean. If I back off the pressure it goes lean at 5300 in 3rd gear. Ebay vendor sent me the same 450cc injectors in an exchange deal. I cannot run a decent afr with the stock injectors no matter what pressure I run and running a good afr for power sends the motor into lean land .Frustrating! THX!
