The recessed pocket is for the sheave washer.

The ring goes on after the pulley. It's used to make up the difference in depth from using a smaller diameter bearing.

This face goes up against the bearing after the pulley is mounted on the supercharger.

This recessed groove is where the sheave washer sits in.

What is should look like before you put the bolt and sheave washer on.

Robert came over tonight and showed me how to install the pulley, dummy me. We did have to take it for a short run, yahoo... ok, now I will retune..
Rudy, the pulley looks good and is a great piece of machine work. nice tight fit, no clearance problems.
runs true.. ok, I like it.. thanks

Took mine out for a drive.. definetly more torque, gave the car a deeper growl and had more air flow. I do recommed the Psk for anyone with this pulley, even with a brand new belt i heard some belt slip when letting off the throttle. I will have the psk installed this week and hit the track with some 100 octane fuel this saturday.
One question I do have, im running a needwings single cai do you experts think thats sucking enough air or should i upgrade to a dual?

CJW,

it really is a big difference. On the duel cold air, yes it will be noticeable.

I would not push it without a tune. I am sure we would hurt the thing.

I have it tuned for thr 65mm now and will be re-tuning next week, I was hoping the single needwings was enough cause the engine brace I have on the car doesnt have enough room on the driver side for the second pipe. Guess I will have to see what can be done.

I thought an IC upgrade, fuelpump upgrade and tune was à must when getting the 62s?

To everyone that was part of the group buy, thank you for the kind compliments. I appreciate everyone's patience with the delayed delivery and apologize to those that we were unable to to deliver in a timely manner. I also eagerly await track and dyno results from the Crossfire crowd.

Take care

got my 62mm pulley installed today.this thing is really nice, well worth the wait.also installed the PSK,didnt get any instructions with it so just went to needswings web sight and looked at their good photos. whole procedure was easy, although belt seemed a little loose. went for a test drive and immediatly threw the belt. after some experimentations i replaced the tensioner pulley with a 100mm pulley(NAPA #38002)end or problem.thanks a bunch for involvement Rudy.

Glad to hear you're enjoying the pulley. Can you do me a favor and check which belt you're using.

Take care

Did you order the PSK for the smaller SC pulley? I'd like to make sure this is just an isolated case. I told Rob that the same one used for the C3 would work with this one but I have more belts and pulleys that I've had on and off the car than I can shake a stick at and and I may have wrote down the wrong combo between the belt and combo of pulleys and want to nail down for sure what combo needs to go with these.

Take care

Well I have a K081145 which is the factory size belt, a K081153 which is the one Rob sent me with the PSK and I have a few 8-rib grooved pulleys of various sizes, three 100mm smooth pulleys and two 90mm smooth pulleys so gonna have to do some homework before I say for sure but if CMZ is using two 100mm smooth pulleys and it has the tensioner in the middle where it is applying the right amount of belt tension, that will be the right path to take. Sorry for any confusion with this.

Take care

cmz, would you mind posting a few pics of your solution with the 100mm tensioner pulley from Napa?

I just checked my psk from Rob for the smaller SC pulley and the belt # is also a K081153 and included 3 pulleys, a 90mm smooth, a 100mm smooth, and a 90mm 8-rib grooved.
