62mm SRT6 Pulley Available Now
My dynojet numbers were 370 plus after my tune. My graph is posted in this thread somewhere. I am adding a larger fuel pump and will retune and post new numbers when I am done
If it's your only mod, you can probably get by but if you have the other power adders, it's another story. Monitoring your AFRs and fuel pressure are the only way to tell for sure. I know a lot of guys have because it's a relatively easy way to make sure nothing falls out of line.
I do highly recommend the DashDAQ but if you're on a strict budget, you can pick up just the ZT-2 Wideband, LCD and a fuel pressure sender and save $400. That will get you RPM, TPS, MAP, FRP and AFR but no OBD and you'll have to use a computer to datalog. Talk to Rob at Needswings. He is sually running specials and even if he's not, he'll take good care of you regardless of what you pick up.
Only a few Karmen 62mm pulleys are still available at the $650 price. Another run of them will be made but they will be $750 retail and will not be on sale as these have been.

I chime in every now and again with calcs.
Stock Pulley on EC dyno...

they also show a 185+tune but discount that....
note assume the C32 to be the same car as the SRT6 but in mercedes guise...
So keeping to 12AFR & 6000rpm & 122F AIT, 18% transmission loss, 65% SC eff., 68F Ambient

notes:
- Some have run to 6700rpm
- Some aim for 10AFR for ++ cooling.
- Its reported SC eff. drops of quite a lot above 20psi and/or 6000rpm (not accounted for)
- If its hot (95F) and humid....add 10kW (34kBTU/hr of cooling required)
- diff between cool (68F) and hot (95F) weather = 9rwhp or roughly the same as a DCAI
- at least to 22psi - some achieve the required cc/min from the stock injectors via increasing fuel prs, manifold linking and looping fuel the rail
- I understand the stock inj. are rated for 480 cc ...here...
- stacked >16,400rpm SC speed = have a spare handy...;>)
* If you're seeing higher psi than this it is most likely because your AIT's are >122F, that will lift pressure.
with the caveat - theory and reality are sometimes very different things....
AIM HIGH AND SUCCEED!

Only two left at the $650 price so if you want to save $100, it's first come, first serve and then it's $750 retail for the next run.

Probably OK though.

definitely worth a look if the early EC ones have some reported failures and these have previously been "highly rated" - well, not as many sold, so maybe fewer failures.
I have a 1000 miles on mine, and ran the Chicago Half Mile event with it. So far, I am loving it over the 65 pulley. My roadster has the 65 and same mods as the coupe with the 62. Only difference is the fuel pump.
I've probably have logged about 2000 miles since installing the 62 on the roadster. I can definitely tell the different between it and the 65 I had on my coupe. I recently ordered the SL55 fuel pump so that I lessen the possibility of running lean at lower altitudes.
Know this is an older post, but checking to see if there are any left, and if I have to change belt size, or a pulley saver type kit. Finally might have the nickles to upgrade
Brett you do not need a pulley saver kit. I am running this pulley as well as Evan (who has a PSK) and Doug. I can get you 3/4 wrap on the s/c for less than $5 just come to the BBQ on Saturday at Inge and John's in Parker and I will show you what you need.
Anyone purchased from here? Karmen Supercharger Pulley---SRT6/SLK32/C32
