Here are some interesting comparison numbers that may help someone who is deciding whether to buy a 62mm pulley. The pulley sizes are from posts I found on this forum; I have not measured any of them. The overdrive percentages are overdrive vs stock blower RPM. The supercharger is "overdriven" relative to the crank in stock form, that is shown by the pulley ratio.

The "stacked" pulley combos are highlighted in yellow. The OEM pulleys are in gray.

The screenshot below is the same data, but with wild approximations of HP gains included. I threw in the HP calculations for my own comparison and these calculations have wild guesses and assumptions thrown in. I found it useful, but don't take it for gospel. All the prior numbers are factual though.

The estimated HP change basis for the "stock" car is 350 and for "Mina" (my car) is 400. Power gains from getting a tune with these pulleys are NOT INCLUDED.

I noticed my belt squeal today after letting off the throttle suddenly. So I need a new belt and I thought, wow, a new belt comes with a PSK from Rob at Needswings which also helps prevent this problem. Perfect, then I wondered, what if I get a bright new shiney SC pulley to go with my new belt and PSK?

When someone dynod a car at EC with dcai x3m
+ psk + 62mm and no overheating issues arise, then I will start thinking about get this little mod. Until then I am amused to see the numbers on dyno. Anyone care to compare w the 64.7mm? the wait until mid sep must be awful. At that point the season is finished here. Santa is around the bend
