I am getting my car tuned. Where is the OBD2 port?

left of the steering wheel under the dash. It has a spring loaded cover .....

It's right in back of the hood release.

Spring loaded? Mine clips into place and snaps off and drops down on a pivot. Is mine broken?

It' not broken mine's the same way or mine is broken too.
