Ive seen some people say that they already know when they should be receiving theirs. How did they find that info? Just curious because I looked and couldnt find it.

 

Once you order, you should receive notification via email (within a day or so) that it has been shipped.

 

With a fed ex tracking number in the top left....

 

All Canadian orders have been processed as well

Received mine today. They need to work out the bugs first as it won't let me save the file and keeps telling me to connect. I emailed them and hope for a response this weekend, Bummer! Just to let you know I got the same error on a XP notebook as well as a Win7 machine that's connected to the internet.

 

Hmm.. I'm guessing you did install the drivers?

 

Yeppers. It wants me to upgrade too.

Jerry and me are going back and forth on emails now.

 

My Turn! Just opened wife's replacement front bumper cover that came in (deer hit and run)... and my buddy that came out earlier and brought the package to the house had stuffed a box... wait for it... FROM EUROCHARGE...into an opening in that box! Monday won't be a long day after all.. LOL.

 

I was having problems installing the drivers. Then, I ran as administrator, clicked "Help" at the top and selected "install Drivers".

 

Bugs? You have bugs? I guess I will be getting this soon. ASA I need it. Hopefully it will work with windows 8. The cable didn't. LOL.

 

Oh crap, maybe that's my problem I'm stuck at now... Jerry said they need to enable the cable with my VIN for the software on Monday. (I bought my cable before this software) hope that's all and not a Win 8 issue...

 

Well ... tried to install drivers.. error go to Monkeybread.. no help there..
Fired program up again and bypassed installing drivers.. program loaded with interface screen.. So off to car.. green at lower left showing connect.. read vehicle info.. vin etc. filled in purchaser - mod aspects.. hit save and submit.. "MUST BE CONNECTED TO VEHICLE"... hmm.. reading vin etc and green light says I am.. save says i'm not.. conflict of interest here...

 

Jerry can fix that, It's going to be a long weekend for him. But he is a crack troubleshooter, rewrote the program while he was in my machine and I am able to save and email it now. I trust these guys now that I seen them in action.

Anyway pulling the car out of storage and yea if I'm not late count me in Bro! I will be needing two files the current tune plus the tune for N20 let me know what you need $$$ wise!

Oh I have no doubt about them getting things resolved.. "we the first" just have to muddle through the issues that come up. I'd hate writing software code with all the variables of loaded programs and platforms and 32 bit and 64 bit and virus softwares that think it's a virus (not an issue here) etc!
