Default Lug Pattern Size

Got flat about 70 miles away from home, Road Side Assistance only tow's up to 10 miles.

Need an emergency temporary solution to drive it 70 miles for tire installation.

Would a 18" Nissan Altima wheel fit on the front of the SRT for about 70 miles of driving?

Altima is 5 X 114.3mm, Crossfire is 5 X 112mm, so NO

Lots of Mercedes wheels will fit if you can get your hands on them.

You should have the air pump in the trunk, if you can get a cheap tubeless tire repair kit, and the tire is not shredded, you should be able to fix it yourself.

Simple way to get a free tow home.
Call Road Side Assistance 6 more times, each time ten miles closer to home.
LOL

Fix a flat in the trunk like xfire said, as long as the tire is torn up just drive slow, it will be along trip but it will work

Hmm I have Alstate and unlimited towing. Ive never thought about this. Why not just take the tire off and go get the new one put on then come back!
