Default 61mm pulley stuck

trying to remove my 61 mm and swap it for a 65. so far we've got the 65 off but in trying to get the 61 off the car it won't budge, anyone having this issue or maybe can think of a quick fix?
edit. maybe to make more sense we got the belt off and spacer but the pulley won't come off the supercharger clutch

Care to tell us why you're going from 61 to 65mm?

Lean issues, or.... ?

Thanks,

Removing pulleys are often very easy or very difficult.
You need to jiggle it both up down side to side while pulling it towards you. If you have pulled too much toward you try pushing it in again up down or side to side. Pulling it off should be done in an angle aswell, after you pulled it out approx 1 cm straight out.
Hard to describe but jiggle it is my best bet. I was lean aswell.

No, it's the center race of the bearing that is causing the problem.
With the tight tolerance on these things the pulley must come off parallel to the bore axis, otherwise it ***** and locks up.

Thanks for the quick replies, it was actually me being kinda dumb, the 61 has an extra spacer up front that was on the real tight once we got that out it was good to go.
JHM- reason im switching the 61 for the 65 on the convertiable was for autocross, the 61 just had too much torque down low for my liking and with scca going to street tires mainly next year i wanted to put the 65 back on my car, the 61 is going on the convertiable as our "drag" car with some other mods
