Has anyone attempted flashing back to the factory tune with the new Eurocharge software and cable? Were there any issues?
I have this question in the Eurocharge tune thread but I think people are tired of going in there.

 

i have done more than few times with no issue. either jerry @ e/c or tony @ buckhead imports can flash the ecu back to stock.

why are you wanting to go back?

 

I had put the performance tune in and wanted to go back to the factory tune to do some comparison driving but ran into issues.
With the new euro-flash software and tune file you are supposed to be able to select 'performance' or 'factory' to write to the ECU. That was one of the selling points that got me to purchase. Just wondering if anyone has successfully flashed the ECU with the 'factory'' option.

 

I haven't looked into this software they are offering. I still let them do it. Hopefully it gets debugged and I will look I to to doing this a well.

 

ok your talking about the flashloader they sell. need to contact e/c if the unit isnt working properly

 

If you are referring to the EuroFlash program, yes. It works fine flashing back to the stock program. No bugs that I could tell.
