Crank Pulley Fell Off
I have a 2005 srt6 and the crank pulley came off. I wanted to know how you put it back on, can you push it right back or have it pressed on? Can some one help me please. Thanks lang
I'd try MrMopar (click) at his shop first.
He may have one.
Good to deal with, but he may be a bit slow to answer a PM, so try email or phone.

You'll need to confirm your keyway wasn't sheared off before you reinstall the pulley. It likely was, so you'll need to extract the remnants and install a new one and a new bolt with the pulley.
did the outer ring come off or the entire pulley? did the elostomer between the hub and ring come out? slk32 crank pulley is about 250$ from oediscountparts.com . i have the crank pulley tool to hold it in place during torque sequence. torque is 147 ft/lbs PLUS 90* eat your wheaties
if the crank pulley hub came off the crank you most likely have a sheared keyway and possibly a damaged crank snout. pictures will tell us more

I was one of the first to do this, boo. Bent the crank and killed the keyway, took some doing to cut a new slot wider for better key, not that 1/3 nickel sized one. Been ok, you had a loose bolt and deacceloration killed your pulley. Woody
sorry woody but the elaostomer was coming out of the slk32 pullies 3 yrs before your car was built
Got the car fixed, the guy that I bought the car from customized the car. He did not put locktite on the bolt, so the bolt came off. The person that helped fix it found the bolt stuck under the radiator and the frame, the car is running strong. Thanks for all of your guys help. lang

Steve, do recall any photos of the elastomer issue?
Be good to stick a mirror/camera down there as a maintenance check, but it woud also be good to know what we're looking at.
Are Febi Crank Pullies okay? There's a couple out there in the mid $100's+freight.
I recall you ran the 178/65 stacked setup and have had lots to offer on these babies.
