He owned several car dealerships in the 70's & 80's. He never would have purchased that car if it had been repainted. Also it has no SRT6 badging anywhere, inside or out. No instrument face, head restraint or steering wheel markings that indicate SRT6.
I would be on the phone to that dealer and tell him where to pick the car up and where to send the certified check. Done deal. What he has is probably the cedar interior/ white roadster combination. Which is rare. But no drive train. Roadster's with that combination once garnered that kind of money with low miles great shape. I think it might be a little high today, but if you want that combination and willing to pay for it...there you go. You don't have an SRT...sorry...
I would be most worried that my F-I-L was feeding me bull about dealer offers. I like others have said, this sounds sketchy and the Op really hasn't given enough information to verify what he claims was a supercharger was in fact a supercharger (no offense to OP).
Did anyone ever find anything else out about this car? I know it's a 6 year old thread, but now we know that there were 3 Alabaster SRT6 roadsters made from the factory. This would be interesting to start this thread back up and see if we can maybe track those down?

I know this is an older thread but it looks like there were 3 made. I’ve done some investigating. There are 3 cars that are labeled with the unknown color moniker in SRT6 database for the 2005 year. They also happen to be roadsters 🤔🤔🤔🤔
