Will have to see if Lower intercooler temperatures are going to give me more power. The car definitely should've been breaking the 12 second mark. as traction was not an issue

What's your WOT timing set to?

Soo if i installed new 550 injectors and larger fuel pump first would it be safe to then run the 178/65 stacked?
I already have all the mods available to buy and still run rich with stock fuel system.

I don't know if it would be safe or not. I think if the ole' guy's memory is correct that would be pushing the s/c to the limit and then some. I am safe with the 62mm and the pump with stock injectors is all I can tell you. Others are running stacked with out incident though.

Great to know ! I already have DCAI, 65 pulley, catless downpipes, heat exchanger, custom intake filters, tweaked manis, and jerry racing tune!

So with all this stated again,.. it would be safe to still daily drive with 65/178 stackef with addition to 550 injectors, 55 fuel pump, and retune?

I want to hit 400whp.. my 6 is extremly strong as is already so this addition would be amazing

I am going to say 11.89 to 11.99 it takes a lot to move from 12.04 to 11.70,, the stacked pulley will do it if your lower pulley is the 185 ,,but now don't melt your pistons get a afr gauge and read 12.3 and under for AFR reading.
Oh a lot of people don't like to have a reading above 11.9,, mine has been 12.3 for 5 years,,, because you ONLY read that at wide open throttle ,, jim

so you are saying stack a 62mm with a 185 scared of that one, seeing 21psi on cold nights but 20,4 or 7 on regular days according to torque pro,I tried 2 different boost gauges very close to what the torque pro app got just a little high so I removed the boost gauge for now.

just left the track in total disbelief, normally on heavy chrome wheels and street tires I normally run 12 .0 to 12.3 @113 to 115 , went to a 62mm pulley an dam on running mid 12 at 111 88 in the 1/8 ,car feel strong after the eurocharge tune but I am thinking about going back to a code 3 if this dont get better heading to the dyno after i replace my belt car did hit 21psi after first install an 20 after the tune but barely hit 19 now I did that with a 65 so I suspect beltslippage and car rich the dyno will verify what I think just pissed because driving the car feel much stronger that the code 3 ever did,I will report my findings to help others early next week

did you get a tune and pulley and do the tire change ,,, there is a ""one at a time rule "" example add the pulley and add the tune, the pulley gives you 3 tenths but the tune slows you down 9 tenths so you go 6 tenths slower, go back to your street tires and the first pulley (weather and time the same ) if you go slower, you will know the tune is crap.
from now on add or mod one thing at a time and you will know if it helps or hurts.
I did a complete fuel tune on a car once cost $1000.00 and went 1/2 second slower,, put back the stock system regained my 1/2 second. then added fuel lines, regulator and pump ,,went 3 tenths faster,, raised fuel pressure 4lbs ,,gained another tenth,,, added the fuel injectors went 1/2 second slower again the fuel injectors were way too big . reinstalled the stock injectors and am happy with a 4 tenth gain sold the injectors got $500. back and the car loves me for it. jim

on my car today I am running stacked pulley system V8 not V6 I have three supercharger pulleys 1 is stock,,, #2 is a aluminum very small and #3 is in the middle of those two . I do not know the mm of them don't need to. for the V8 you can only get a stock or a aluminum small one ,,I had the one in the middle made because i am running a 185 lower pulley and the stock one did only what the 185 lower pulley would do and the small aluminum was too much with the 185,, so i had one made in the middle. .. if i had my old lower pulley a 180 then the small aluminum would be my choice. my car runs 10.55 @132 the way it is set up now , with drag radials. the same drag radials you should have

Your mind is playing tricks on you... You only changed the beginning of operating range from the supercharger to a lower rpm level with a 62mm vs a 65. Yes, you feel more torque down low and midrange earlier.
But you probabely have gained nothing really, probabely much more heat from the middle to the end of the rpm range - less power after two serious pulls.
If you look at the fastests fully upgraded srt6`s on this forum vs the slighty modded cars you see only 2-3 tens on the quartermile with a couple of thousand dollars more in the cars.
It`s my believe that everything after a a 65mm pulley is a waste. after 5 seconds wot you loose hp with more pulley.

Best bung for the money:
65mm pulley and 50/50 water/meth injection after the intercooler core before the iat sensor or nitrous alone.

Have you seen a modded srt6 with huge intake manifolds, dcai, headers, xxl heat downpipes heat exchangers, drag radials running low 11s without nitrous?

Steven no mental trick the 62 is strongest I race a q60 an a turbo cobalt with the 65mm from 40 to 120 and go beat by a few car but with the 62 62mm I beat both cars by 2 cars an those cars I seen both in a dyno make between 420 to 430 who so I just got to get my fueling issue straight my issue I have too much fuel
