help installing karman pulley

Default help installing karman pulley
with the bolt tight the pulley can move in and out about 3/16 of an inch. it appears to need a spacer between the washer and the pulley bearing to hold it back

The Karmann pulley should come with a 5mm (.197") spacer as the bearing is 5mm shorter.

The problem is i dont the small ring. My pulley didnt come with it. Can I use a stock one.

You need both the ring shown in the picture above and the stock bolt flange washer. Where did you buy the pulley?

No, the OEM washer fits in the recess cut into the spacer you should have got with the pulley. You need the spacer to make up the difference in length of the two different bearings. Without the spacer you will not be able to clamp the pulley in place.

Go look through your original shipping box and packaging too make sure the washer is not hiding on you.

Clamp on to place. Right that's why it moves. I don't know what to do.

Put the stock pulley back on and call the seller for the missing part. Cant use the pulley without it. No biggie. Just have to wait a couple more days. Did it get shipped directly to you or from Red Dog Bob?

I don't have stock pulley sold my pulley to Red Dog.

It came with that washer that you need. He wouldn't have sent you the pulley without that washer part. Let me know if you need Khang Vo's contact information again.
