i cant imagine DC changing the lighting on the instrument cluster. my educated guess is that they look exactly the same, except for the actual numbers printed on them.

It is not supposed to be lit, on the SRT, roadster or Coupe

I design ICs as a living and while my company does not make that cluster (I think it is Huntsville, Siemens VDO), I'd say the problem is just improper lighting. Its an EL lit cluster and some issue (EL sheet sizing, tolerances, quality issue) is causing the lack of light on the 160 mph tick mark and digits. The only major difference between the SRT6 and the standard 160mph cluster will be the dial, and unless there is some major printing issue with the dial, that should have no relevance to this lighting issue.
