I have on the 185mm pulley now and run the 550 injectors, 55 fuel pump, and updated ic pump and killer chiller innercooler to battle heat soak.. all which are plug and play along with a retune. A guy around here has stacked pullies and runs super high boost. He has all the abover listed fuel mods plus other goodies

You will also want Robs' adjustable fuel regulator and gauge.

thank you, but crank pulley, injectors, pump and regulator and retune isnt worth for 30 whp i think, maby i just rise the rpm to 6600? so boost will rise too ,and see afr if there will be need for fuel

I didn't notice a "tune" mentioned, how do you plan to raise your RPM limit? It's not as simple as you make it sound!

Im currently full bolt on and would love to get more power lol, its just the nature of the beast.. but with that being said i still personally highly disagree with the TCU mod. I dont see the positive advantage of an extra 600rpm. I see more problems then benefits coming from doing that

I have the ECU limiter set at 6500 and HAD a TCU set to 6400 rpm on the S/W switch. Stock TCU tune in S and modified to 6400 in W. Also, it would hold the gear until you upshifted manually. The increased power from 6000 to 6300 on the dyno was 20 hp on my car. Sounds perfect. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the extra rpms and power because I kept hitting bouncing off the rev limiter. The only place it worked correctly was on the dyno. The TCU was from EVOTECH I believe. Perhaps if I'd had both from Eurocharged the result would've been better. I don't know. But yes, more revs = more power. How long the valve springs can handle the extra rev's is anybodies guess.

in 1 2 gears it hard to shift manualy ,722 trannys have lag, but in 3 or 4 gear i its posible to shift manualy perfect on 6500 ... i just thinking about pros and cons.. rev limit its easier to do but have issues.. 2 pulleys ,injectors ,fuel pump, and remap have no issue but have to spent money..

this is best diy s...its shown on 113 engine but our 112 almost same , need machined more to have 82 inlet ,after instal car needs to adapt or tune tb opening angles , result is lot more cfm, wery agressive throtle response, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCDa...fqGvKSpiWBzFdw this is my chanel and you can see in last 5 videos how car responses, the "stock"e55 in video and cl55 have 430 whp with k&n and catless downpipes, and there is ecu tuned e55 with 450 whp...watch

Awesome. Thank you for sharring. Do you occasionally experience any engine hiccups around 2200 RPM's?

A higher capacity fuel pump, 550 cc/min injectors, a retune, and intercooling upgrades are the bare minimum requirements for running stacked pulleys and 21 psi.

I would highly recommend a wideband O2 sensor to monitor the air/fuel ratio.

Insufficient fuel delivery under load can catastrophically damage an engine, so I went further than the above mods and also installed a tank to rail to tank return-style fuel system including a new filter, check valve, 8 AN supply line, modified fuel rail, adjustable regulator and 6 AN return lines.

I run 65 psi fixed fuel pressure, which @ 21 psi of intake manifold pressure is the same pressure differential across the injectors as stock.
