Default is there anything that would keep coolant from reaching the s/c

Drained coolant and replaced intercooler pump because I was having issues with the supercharger turning off on the highway. Same issue I had a couple years ago when the original pump went out. I opened up what I believe to be the intercooler(lowest large hose on passenger side) and almost nothing came out. Filled it up with water to flush it and the problem persists. No cel just overheating sc. Engine temps consistent.

If you get air in the intercooler you may have a problem. I changed my coolant but never had a problem.

A shot in the dark....does your car have a coolant separation kit? A picture of the area below the overflow tank would be helpful btw.

No. I might add that the coolant I got out of the car was red and not green or blue :l

Its like its not pulling the coolant into that system from the engine side.

Is it possible that the IC is plugged up? I guess you could run water through it with a hose. Or disconnect the return line from the IC with engine running to see if there is any flow.
If there is a build up of crud in the coolant then small passages trap the crud and eventually block up solid.

Blue is the return correct? Where should I disconnect at? Would using some radiator flush even help in with this car? Will our heroes make it out alive? Stay tuned for the next episode......
