Finally got the SRT6 back from the tune shop - Adventures ensue
Well, after two weeks I finally got my car back. They weren't able to find the coolant leak, and apparently the mass air flow sensor I bought for it only first the N/A version, despite the online advertising. However the DCAI and 185mm pulley kit from Needswings may take care of that issue and the overheating after a long period of running it hard. They also retuned the ecu and installed my SL55 fuel pump. Out of curiosity I had them do some dyno runs and it ended up making 339HP at the wheels and 369 foot pounds of torque. A little less HP than I was expecting, but considerably more torque. They drove it from a hot start and from a cold start and told me they couldn't find any coolant leak and that it was running excellent. Quite pleased with my car and was hoping to take it the track sometime soon to see what she would actually run.
I had two surprises on the way home. The first was just how much more refined the power delivery felt with the pump, retune, and DCAI. I do love the added supercharged whine. Makes me feel like I'm strapped into an F15. One day maybe I'll install racing belts and paddle shifts and get the full sensation. It was refined before, but this was really on a different level. Reminded me of my friend's 2009 911 C4S. Except for one slightly jerky shift at WOT when it shifted.
The second surprise was when I went out with a friend that night to pick up a pizza. Got the pizza, turned the car on and the check engine light was one. Popped the hood and the was a slight clicking sound from the passenger's side of the engine bay and it looked like there was a little bit of oil seeping out from what may have been a valve at the side of the engine bay. I'll take a picture tomorrow. Crap...

That is leaking from the breather valve cover, normal wear item. Your going to have to take them off clean them up and reseal with new sealant. The small covers dont use a gasket.
We could have told you that the srt6 does not use a MAF so you would not have wasted money. They are only for the N/A's. The good news is you dont have a blown head gasket, maybe you just had air trapped in the system.

I'd be looking into cooling modifications next, aftermarket HE, isolation kit, aspirated engines get heat soaked quickly, which is where you loss performance.
The dyno numbers seem pretty good, I've always been one to appreciate torque numbers, more so then whp.
Hard to pinpoint from the photo, but it certainly appears it's been leaking for awhile, and if not, that needs to be addressed soon. It could potentially be the well known breather cover leak.
Are you noticing your coolant tank reservoir level slowly dropping, that prompted them to check for a coolant leak? May want to look for potential issues with the intercooler.

Wow, thanks guys, you're awesome. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have this type of support system to help me through my teething issues.

My tune guy suggested that the check engine light would come on periodically since with the DCAI installed it was getting much more air flow than the map sensor was used to, but they don't have any experience with SRT6s, mostly GTRs, Zs, STIs, EVOs, and BRZs.
I don't think that the coolant leak is coming from the intercooler as I had them check out the y-pipe for sludge and residue when they installed the DCAI, and they said it was clean. They think it might be a small hole in the radiator, but didn't have a big enough hose opening to pressurize it. However they will be ordering one to take care of problems like this in the future FWIW.
As far as the MAFS I wish I had known, but I expect I can return it for a refund. And now that I've owned it for a while I think that the heat soaking issue is what I was experiencing, especially with the 185mm pulley, when I pushed it hard for too long. A Waldig intercooler is probably going to be installed down the line.

I get p0108 only in cold weather over boost, the other is secondary air pump. They would have to take off ur intake manifolds to see if intercooler leaking not dcai

Ive never gotten a p0108 and I daily drive mine and I have a needswing Dcai. It could be a bad map sensor or a vaccum leak along the intake manifold.
The p0410 is the air pump relay in the RCM the contacts are likely burnt up. This is my advice on that, we have a massive thread about the air pump problem feel free to read that on in the tech sub forum.
This is a code that is simple to fix if you just replace the RCM, they cost $200 all day everyday. Some have had success having a new relay welded in or re-soldering the contacts. If you do not get that fixed you might end up a situation where the contact burns together leaving your air pump running causing it to burn up. I had this happen to me, that air pump cost $800 new to replace. I was lucky enough to find a used one off ebay for $250. As I didnt want to take the chance of burning up another air pump I also replaced the RCM for $200. You do the math $800+ or 200.
