Default Replacing skreem and ring

So as most know I have the 3 Stricks and your out problem so car motor turns over but does not run ...I was able to get to the skreem box behind dash without pulling the whole thing out I just removers the screws from the dash and slid it a side without removing all the cables and like exposing the box and ring...

Sounds a lot easier. How many screws and which ones? Maybe you could take pics when reassembling?

That is a sign that spring is finally here. Sorry.
By the way that is a seat top, real genuine Corinthian suede.

The fob batteries have nothing to do with the car starting, they just operate the remote door unlocking/locking.
The fob may have to be reset if the batteries were out too long or dead too long, try a fob reset anyway.
Did you try to jiggle the steering wheel left to right/right to left while trying to turn the key?
Did you find where the spring went?

The SKREEM does not determine if the key turns or not. I would suggest that you have put something back correctly this time that you did not do the previous time.
I believe that when the key is pushed fully a lock that prevents turning the key and the steering wheel lock is unlocked. Perhaps you did not connect that mechanism correctly. It is underneath the ignition switch and can be seen in the Sticky Key Fix. CLICK

Well you could be right as most of the time you are but I did use the sticky write up to help me take things down to that point ... agin not sure what is going on I had my son (he's 40 ) come over and help this old man and take a look and he did same as I did and with my old skreem fobs work and with the new one they don't we don't get why but we both had the same things happen so till I talk to rob to see what's up ???
