Default Shifting hard when cold

Currently when cold it shifts real hard Driving slow or fast. I know the shift points are raised when it’s cold but this is different as it will shake your head when it shifts mostly going into 2nd and 3rd gear. Had it serviced thinking that might help but no luck.

Once it warms up it is fine.

Mine does that, like the shift points are hanging. Once its warmed up it doesn't do it anymore.

Does not do it during the summer since its hot even from a cold start. I never worried about it.

It just seems much harder then last year quite the jerk. Had it serviced a few months ago hopefully getting it to stop but no joy.

Thanks for your replies
