Default Dashboard needs help!

I can't seem to use a good product for the dashboard. I've bought the armorall stuff and other cleaning towels for the interior however it always leaves it dusty never clean and shiny like i want it...
Anyone got any suggestions???

try microfiber towels they won't leave dust you don't want it to shiny it will make to much glare when the sun hits it.

Correct Armorall is crap... Also once you use Armorall and put another product on top of it, the finish looks even worse. Use a quality product from Mothers or Meguires.

I think Adam's In & Out is the stuff to use! Cleans and leaves a nice finish!

Meguiars Hyper-Dressing. When you first apply it, make sure it is on evenly. You won't believe how dry your dash is and how much is absorbed.
It make take up to 10 applications before your dash looks better than new -
but it is definitely worth the effort. Makes all the vinyl look much more expensive. You can dilute the product as much as you care to, but I
recommend about 60% dressing to 40% water.

I have used several other Adams products but I have not tried the "in and out spray". How do you apply to the interior ? Just spray and let dry or spray and wipe ? Also what if it gets on the windows ? Does it clean them or wipe off glass without streaking ?

Some good products are still sold in stores (not all products are sold in the same store in different areas of the country) such as some Mother's and Meguiar's products. I have found most of the "good stuff" can only be found online. www.autogeek.net is a good resource - and everything is 15% off thru Friday (that was not a paid indorsement - but it should be).
