Nate, I got one last year for my wife's SRT. It installs easily and does keep the temp inside down. Folds into a pocket to about the size of a football. Now if I could just get her to use it. I would say it is a good product, especially for the money.

Looking at going this way to protect my roadster top but just making sure the quality etc is there.
Thanks
Nate

Re: California Pop Top - Anyone have or use?
Nate,
I purchased one and it arrived this week. The cover goes on easily, anchored to the mirrors, a flap goes under the wipers and cords that go into the trunk slots. The sides are anchored with elastic straps that are velcroed to the door handles. The cover goes on and off quickly, so far very pleased. Oh, and comes with a two year warranty. There is a video on their web site showing removal and installation.

Nate, Ken nailed the installation. It is really easy and the white heat reflective material does hold the heat build up down. The cords that go in the trunk slots have a draw string that makes the fit nice and tight. Go for it ,I think you will like it.

Looks like a great idea for the garage-less.
I'd want to be convinced that the thing can 'breath', tho. As an old boater, probably just as damaging as sun fade can be, so can be the damage caused by humidity and dampness locked under tarps or boot[sic] covers.
Do they come in pink for the ladies?
EDIT: what a dope ... went back and looked at the spec. It is made of Tyvek, which does allow limited vapor transmission. And for $50, not a bad little product.

Got my pop top. Use it everyday at work and at home when the roadster isn't in the garage.
Got it mainly to help alleviate the heat problem with the rear window coming apart from the canvas top.
So far so good since I fixed my top.

This can only help and it is a lot easier than using a full car cover.
