Cleaning Tinted Windows???
Hey Gang,
All these years I've used Windex on tinted windows. I read somewhere in this forum about products with ammonia in them are bad for tinted windows.
Windex has a foam window cleaner out that you spray on, wipe off and then polish it with another towel. I've been using it for six months or so... it works great. However, after seeing a post not to use ammonia products I checked the label on the can. Sure enough, it has a warning not to use on tinted windows.
I can't find that thread on what to use to clean tinted windows, so I'm asking a repeat question (sorry).
What kind of cleaner is best for tinted windows??? :? :? :?
Thanks for any inputs.

I answered my own question...
For anyone out there with tinted windows, DO NOT use a cleaner that has ammonia. Turtle Wax makes a window cleaner that is safe for tinted windows.
