Default Injector Flow %

Anyone know what the Bosch injectors are set for ? I vaguely remember researching somewhere that they are flowing at 80% capacity and can't remember the flow rate. Can anyone help ? I lost much of my Crossfire data during a computer crash and am trying to put it all back together...

This might be for the SC engine only, but they say 40 lbs @ 40 psi an hour.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info... If my memory serves me, I think the NA injectors are running somewhere in the 67 range.

Hey Woody, do you have those #'s hanging around ? I'm considering running 10% Propylene Oxide in the car, but it is recommended to increase jet size by 2 and advancing timing. If the jets are only running at 80% of capacity, I can safely run the PO with the OEM injectors without burning the pistons and advancing the timing.

OEM will only run injectors up to 80% duty cycle in most instances because running it any higher than that puts it at risk of the injector seizing in the open position ... many learned the hard way back on neons.org in their turbo fuel system design.

come on HDDP ... kleeman kleeman i know someone will do it sooner or later and i am hoping its you so you can give a whoopin to those 350s...
