Default Additional Edu Tune Information

hi guys, just wanted to share this with you guys.

one of the vendors wanted to PROVE that Speedinnovation's ECU flash was legit.

the car tuned was Nick @ JLevi Street Works. 2001 BMW 325ci, with GruppeM intake, which yield 5 hp @ the crank!

here is the dynopack results. even the owner at Church (Shawn) dropped his jaws!

yeah i noticed you said that in the other thread. but why is the dyno reading at 4,200 and it clearly revved to 5,000 when it made more power at 6,000. and didn't it make less power than mine, 11 compared to 21?

SpeedInnovation is not the same as JLEVISW, Jlevi is a "HUB" that sells speedinnovation ECUs.

mayaman, i'm sure you'll get your deposit back. right now, i'm gonna call up "RPM north" and see if we can have it done there, if not i gota call up speedworld, etc, but don't worry, we'll have a place.

also,

11 hp gain is a HUGE gain for BMWS, people pay $500 for a intake that gains 5 hp at the crank. BMWs are hard to squeeze power out of.

Here they have torque on the left and HP on the right. That specific BMW motor is even less powerful than the normally aspirated crossfire, and it also is far less constricted, but both of the gains that you and the BMW received are great for those specific cars.

I am starting to think that I should go with these guys, the only thing holding me back is the fact that i am still a little short stacked and probably will not be able to afford the pulley set before this comes around, and without the pulley set...meh.

i think you should go for the ecu first, because this is a once in a time chance to receive this kinda tune @ a group buy price, which is a huge fraction of the cost.

i'm holding off on the pulleys. i'm gonna get this ECU tune first, and drive it around for a while! its a great deal sidez, and you know it.

right now, the group buy is a little over 1/2 the cost of a regular priced ECU flash.
