Default 6 speed power?

The question I have is does anybody know how much power the 6 speed limited can handle as far as torque? Also clutch?

Now there's a question that probably hasn't even been tested by the MB engineers... I do know that the gearbox will handle a performance version of the AMG engine (350-375 hp). I wouldn't even think about using the OEM clutch, install a stage 4 SPEC clutch.

I do not know for our cars, but from my reading I have gathered that c32 starts slipping at around 400 whp... don't take me up on this it is straight from mbworld...

startech stated the 6 spd was good for 400 hp. more than enough power for a street car, maybe even a bit too much.

Thanks guys. The reason I asked was because I know the autos handle alot but I am planning on either supercharging or nitrous for mine and didn't know what other mb cars this six speed comes in that are higher horsepower. As far as clutch spec seems to be a good choice first before anything.
