Default Electric Cutouts?

Hey guys...
So I'm gonna be getting a crossfire in the next couple weeks. I had one a couple years ago for about 8 months and loved it, but my brother had to sell it.

Anyways... has anyone put electric cutouts on a crossfire? Is there enough room down there to put them on?

I obviously wanna put them after the cat so I don't make the ECU angry.

Thanks for any help!!

P.S. You can see them: here installed on a Charger.

I'm not sure if there is enough room for them or not. My friend has them on his 13 sec. Javelin, and they don't sound bad with a V8, But I'm not sure how a unmuffled 3.2 V6 would sound.
Check out the Woodward Ave. threads, there is a video of a Crossfire owner in a parking lot, giving a demonstration of his larger diameter, straight thru exhaust system that may give you some idea as to how it will sound. But without the tail pipe, it might just come out sounding like a muffler with a big hole in it.

NeedsWings was going to look into them for the Crossfires. He produces them for the SRT4s.

Ok! Thanks for the Info! I've heard e-cutouts on a V-6 charger, and they sound pretty good.

Haha no, the Crossfire was his. He bought a new BMW and let me drive the Crossfire until he sold it.

I have them on my SRT-8 and LOVE them. I looked under the SRT-6 last week and found there is plenty of room for the new oval low profile e-cuts by DMHperformance.com
Someday I will unbolt the back half of the exhaust to hear what it sounds like...............and then decide whether I want e-cuts on the 6 as well.
