Default Pulley Kit - not SRT

Hy to all,
I would like to upgrade my engine, the normal 3.2l. In the future will arrive power chip, air intake, sparks, etc... about all this any problem. I've only some doubts about Evo Sport pulley kit. I asw it on paul's xfire internet site. Is it safe for the engine? or there is the risk of damages?
Thanks a lot.... I made some search throug the forum but if I'm not wrong is all related to srt.
Take care
Ciao

It's safe.
There are non SRT pulley kits ~$350.
Expensive for about 5hp gain.

I've to check better on paul's crossfire internet site.... otherwise for the same price I'll modify the eprom.... with digitaltuning... the promise you +19hp and +43 Nm...

Thanks a lot!

yeah the underdrive pullies are probably more useful on a supercharged vehicle like the srt6,

I very much doubt you'll get 19hp with a pulley, with any tuning.
After doing some research, about 10hp is all I can find.
Evosport has them $379.

A pulley set for the N/A crossfire only reduces the drain on the engine's horsepower by using pulleys for the accessory drives. This equates into a very small gain.

A pulley set for the SRT-6 includes the supercharger pulley which will increase the amount of forced induction...therefore it has a much larger HP gain.

Well every little bit counts right? Pulley kit, TVT intake, chip, and exhaust you'd be looking at about 30 to 40hp altogether no? Thats pretty decent and would definitely give you better accelleration. I mean stock Sub WRX has 227 stock and is quick. With these mods the Xfire would have more. Xfire gets bagged on for no reason, with just a couple mods you match a WRX which is always put on a pedestal.

Sigh to those that put a WRX on a pedestal.. other than that I agree with Mayaman if you don't want an SRT and don't want to swap motors like Lantana.. what other solution do you have to acquireing a bit more power than the above mentioned without spending a ridicolous amount..

i've got the pulley and it is not a noticable difference- at least not 0-60. from 60-80 i feel a difference, but then again, that could just be the placebo effect. ecu tune and and intake will definitely put a smile on your face.
