how oftern do you change your oil?

Oil changes: book say 7K, oil gets changed at 7K.

It does extend tire life to rotate left to right.

I change my oil every 7500 Miles but when i bring it in to change the oil it shows the B service double ranches and 1000 miles....so i guess you can wait until the car says oil change needed...or go by the book so you wont void warranty...

I use Amsoil 5W-40 and change it every 6000 miles, with filter of course. I don't listen to the 25000 mile change interval that Amsoil has listed on their website, especially in a forced induction car. It costs me about $70 for 9 quarts and filter.

I agree that the FSS is the way to go! Using full synthetic oil extends the oil change time/mileage. The old oil change interval of 3000 miles is a waste of time and money.
