I suppose I should start saving money so i can put this on my car! I have always told everyone that the 300rwhp range is what I'm shooting for. Doing it Na means no turbo lag or crazy SC set ups... Thanks TVT if it wasn't for you guys it might be looking bleak..

Although I respect your optimism I really dont think we will ever see 300rwhp on a na Crossfire. Unless someone else wants to shut me up and tell me different

def agree. i highly doubt anyone will be able to get that N/A. i think the highest we will ever see (due to TVT's amazing skills ) is around 260ish. im sure theyll get around there in the future. that would be AMAZING!!

I think it's possible wether someone will do it, who knows. There are a few things on the motor that are really restrictive and no machine work has been done on the motor porting of the heads etc bigger valves cams all things that could possibly make more power. If your talking about adding bolt ons and just tune then 260 sounds about right.

I think CMAC is confusing wheel hp with crank hp, that's all. 300 at the crank is very do-able with bolt ons and a tune. But like Sean760 says, though, anything is possible depending on how hard you want to work - porting, polishing, cams, etc. etc. etc.

I know it's dependent on the type/brand of dyno, but what's the usual rwhp number for the stock Xfire (215 hp rating at the crank?)?

175 on a typical Dynojet. We saw 211-215 RWHP with our TVT265 kit on the same dyno. We're shooting for about 250 RWHP with our TVT300.

Usually around 275-285 stock, depending on dyno.

We had a modded (pulley, tune, intake) on the dyno we will be using for our final test and it put down 290 RWHP. A stock Crossfire put down 158 RWHP on this dyno.

I have to coordinate with LET and the dyno owner to get this to work. It just happened that they were in NJ at the time and it would've been perfect.
