also, gettting an SRT to read boost is not a huge issue, but with an NA, it is. So you are using the stock ECU and not bypassing it with a totally independent system?? Sorry for all the questions, but I have not seen an NA turbo that is functioning yet and it gives me hope LOL

Tomorrow we may try to finalize some things, but there are 2 SRT6s, a corvette, and a track only firebird ahead of it. The car has been sitting on jack stands for about a month now, so I want it back together and running just as much as everyone.
I think we are going to change teh exhaust offering with the kit though. Originally we were going to go with shorty headers and a dual exhaust, but my fab guy and I were throwing around some ideas today and we came up with something a lil bit more interesting....
And the 3.8L is all of our own design no RENNtech rip off.

Here's the exhaust info...

Am I correct in saying that the headers were scrapped due to lack of power gains and huge PITA factor??
Also, is this customer going with a catch can as well, I would think that would be a good investment with all these mods...
Thanks for the update TVT, glad someone is still doing R&D on the NA XF

We may install one of our catch cans in his car or possibly a vaccuum hook up to the exhaust. We'll see how it goes.
The car will be here for about a month. It's getting some suspension and lighting work done as well. It's going to be a nice lil project. We'll reveal the owner when it's all wrapped up.

Just came across this thread. Looks like we aren't the only ones finding the same flaws in these engines.
