I am but at the same time, I don't want to just be a problem fixer either as my time is more valuable than that and in the end, it will cost the person doing the swap more in the long run because you're undoing everything the last person did so you know where you're at and what's going on and then you can go about making everything work. Best analogy I have for it is doing a frame off resto on a car you bought from some kid that got over zealous with the bondo. The car may have been a steal compared to something else but in the end, you'd have been money ahead going with the other one.
