Oil sale gets contagious ..

 

With the tax on each bottle here (5 vs 1 in SC) and the fact you get a free filter that seems to be pretty close but the cheaper deal is with advance auto, I dunno... I know some don't like others filters so I guess its an ok deal. And yeah, one does it and its good biz to follow with something similar.

 

Say what? So tax on the total price.. not # of items purchased.. is an Oklahoma thing? Tax on 48 bucks is the same whether your buying one item or 20..

 

I should have clarified... We have an enviornmental tax per container of oil. I cannot figure out why because some type 'recycle' fee on the receipts. I guess it would be cheapest if we got 0W-40 in a 30 gal bucket but no way retail (LOL). Yeah the environmentalists are in our pockets here.
