Default Deep transmission pan

I've known about this pan for a while now. Some websites say it holds 3 additional quarts and one says 4. I looked under my car today and my exhaust hangs down lower than the pan would. I don't know if I'll actually buy one but I thought it might be of interest to someone on this forum. The owner of Speedlogix lists it as fitting the Crossfire. She should know as she owned a Crossfire once upon a time.

The fluid level is measured from the bottom of the pan. You would have to figure out a new measurement before installing the pan.

They thought of that. The dip stick bottoms on a tab or shelf they built into the pan so you use the same exact measurements as a stock pan.

I am not sure that is correct, I was a bit low once and got no reading on the stick when cold. I added a quarter of a pint and it went up a lot. I think it measures from a shelf somewhere under the stick tube.

Unlike motor oil, its best to check the trans fluid when its warm and up to temp.
