Hey all, having the same issue with the key stuck in the ignition. Can start the car and drive it but can’t get the key out. Dealer recommends a new shifter module which is not available anywhere. Does anyone know where to get a shifter module or will removing the black park lock cable fix the problem or can the park lock cable be adjusted on the shifter end?

First things first; GET YOUR CAR OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! You will pay a bundle and probably never get your car fixed. Dealers no long have the scan tool or expertise to repair your car. You can do the repair yourself or take it to a indepeneant European automobile repair shop. GET YOUR CAR OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP!!!!
