Default OBD II Info while driving

This is my first car with a OBD, I know there is a plug under the dash, if I use that and plug into an iPad can I see the actual water temp and oil pressure like I had gauges for them. In all my other clunkers I always put in VDO gauges, not easy to do in the XFire.

You can get an UltraGauge, it has 6 pages of data you can display, but unfortunately the OBD info available does NOT have oil pressure
( not the guage's problem, it's just that MB decided you don't need that info )
