Default No start '04 crossfire

Just bought 04 crossfire. Been setting 2 yrs. starter won’t engage. Resoldered rcm, still starter won’t engage. Drained water from trunk and dried out security module. Still starter won’t engage. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

part it out and buy one that is running,,you don't know if that car was a flood car but you do know it needs more than a batt. if the trunk was full or had lots of water in it, the water like oil goes up the wires and screws up more than just where it was wet.

Turn lights on.
Disconnect battery.
Wait 30 seconds.
Reconnect battery.

What do you get now? If the same as before, take Jim's advice in post 2.
If you get three "cranks, but no start" then nothing - you either need a SKREEM or new Key Fob.

Open the relay control module and make sure the engine and traction control relays are engaging when the key is in the ON position.
