Default Vacuum reading vs Torque Pro

On my SRT6, the vacuum reading is 18 at the crossover valve using manual gauge, Torque Pro, using OBDII adapter, reports 9. No obvious problems and no codes set. Supercharger is working as it should.
Is this a bad MAP sensor, or is it a quirk of Torque Pro?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
