Default fuel rail and injectors

After removing and reinstalling the fuel rail and injectors should the fuel rail be primed by opening the shrader valve and turning on the ignition before trying to start?

in my own past when replacing injectors, I never bother priming the fuel rail. I just start the engine. The fuel pump will pressurize the rail. Any air in the fuel rail is blown out when the injectors are opened. If you had read the manual, it just says start the engine and check for leaks.

.

Triple what has been said, trying to 'prime' the fuel rail usually results with fuel spraying everywhere in the engine bay. One spark, WHOOSH! Turning the key to 'ON' position for a few seconds will take care of the fuel pressurizing, when you turn the key to 'start' and release it, the car will do the rest (since the starter will continue to crank until it has the fuel to the cylinders, and it runs).
