For those of you who need the new spring clip that holds the headlamp bulb in place our member...maxcichon
provided the following to me in a PM and asked me to post it here

Saab P/N 5400007 Headlight Clip/Spring.

Max has been the the "Go-to guy" for these things and he still makes them too
He still has the material and bending jig, but this might be easier for some folks.
