Talking Evolution of a Grille...Grille Mod

Okay... I've recently posted some photoshoped grilles in the coupe forum, now I've recently completed my grille cosmetic makeover. It was posted last year, but I can't find so here's mine. I can finally say I like it!

Evolution of a grille:

1st pic - stock
2nd pic - painted all red
3rd pic - red/ black background/chrome strips

WOW - Thanks for the great compliments! It was a real pain in the a** to mask off the red in order to paint the black, but I think the extra detail is worth it.

Really looks sweet color matched to the car. Are you planning to do as Irafatsar with regards to the gray around the headlights? That is something I have been afraid to try. https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...t=14931&page=2 post #17

Yah know...I was just thinking off that! However, I don't have any fogging issues, so I'm hesitant to take them apart. Perhaps if I found an extra set cheap...

BTW - Thanks for the link to the thread where it all started...

you need andrews emblems to cover the chrysler emblems on the wing.

I like Andrews emblems but...I own two Dodges, two Plymouths, now one Chrysler. If I didn't want it to say "Chrysler", I wouldn't have bought one.

i own a pacifica and will not put andrews emblem on that car. chrysler does not take care of the xfire owners with good service. a good trained tech in most cases in threads i read they hate to see a xfire come in.

That's because most people are afraid of what they don't know, or understand.

Same thing I was thinking. Just because others have had bad experiences, it wouldn't make me jump on any bandwagon. Now I know why Lemmings get such a bad rap.
