Re: window frame wrap
Amazon.com sells the Wraptivo (a Meguiar's sub brand) DIY kits, small (12" x 48") and large (24 x 48") packs in black carbon, gray carbon, and a few others. Just search "Wraptivo" on amazon.com and you'll find it.
I wrapped my windshield surround, side strakes, door handles and silver grille inserts along with the chrome wing logos front and rear in matte black when I got my matte black TSW Donington wheels a while back. Easy enough to do, and I love how it transformed the look of my car.

At the risk of sounding like a shill.......

In theory, yes, in practice, no. I even had one of the top vinyl wrap guys in the area look into wrapping my hoops with matte black vinyl, which is thinner and therefore easier to work with than carbon fiber vinyl. No way to do it in a single piece, and neither of us was willing to do it in multiple pieces. I keep promising myself that I'm going to take my hoops out and shoot 'em with Plasti Dip, but I never seem to find the time to do so.

Re: window frame wrap
How would this stuff hold up in the weather though? I feel like after rain and sun beating on it that it would get faded and not stay on or look really cheap... It looks super clean right now but I just wonder how it is over time. I feel interior pieces would be perfect for this stuff!
