Default Flasher Hazard

I have poured over the threads about turn signals/hazard signals in this Forum. Now Im' really confused. Just a few facts to open: A 2004 crossfire coupe, turn signals quit working, hazard flashers quit working, BUT if I hold down the hazard button AND turn on the left or right turn signals, they do work. Reverse lights work, brake lights work, park lights work, and head lights work (right high beam is burned out just found out).

STRANGE HAPPENINGS.....

I know this may be redundant...but have you checked all fuses...flasher relays and bulbs?

I checked fuse 4 on the drivers side panel 15a good fuse. Is the relay in the ecm, rcm, etc box....right side engine compartment? That is what has me baffled....I read that the flasher was controlled by an ic in the instrument cluster? After visiting my friend Google, I learned that there is indeed a relay somewhere. Bulls are ok. They do work if I hold in the hazard button

You can find schematics for what that is worth in the service manual ( get the SRT6 one ) from the below link.
There is no relay in the RCM for the flasher.
Good luck !

( Bulls are OK, but stallions are prettier )
