Does anyone have the disassembly diagram on how to remove those window trim pieces? I have been contemplating whether I should paint my silver ones or buy some factory black ones.

I found, online, a wholesale mopar parts site and I just about flipped when I saw how much they wanted for the 3 piece set. $283.00 for the upper piece + $261.00 for the left + another $261.00 for the right side. Grand total = $805.00!!! I'm pretty sure painting will be a fraction of that price... I hope.

Here's the thread on this matter. You can paint them, or you might want to offer someone with the base model swapping the trim.

There are some beautiful stainless ones available through the aftermarket!

I would trade with you if you like? I work for a Chrysler dealership and to jazz them up a little on the lot, they bought the mopar silver gills. I dissagree with this fully. I am in he process of blacking out the car. I have already had the grill custom painted and had some trim painted. But anyway, if you want silver gills, i would be happy to trade with you. I hate the silver and the black ones are much more to my taste. PM me if you would like them.
