Default Body Panels interchangeable?

Hello, I unfortunately was involved in a slight accident today resulting in damages to my headlight, hood, as well as my right fender. I have spent roughly 20 minutes trying to find a thread on here about such but I don't seem to be using the right keywords or something of the sort.
Anyways are the body panels, (front end) obviously a convertible has a different rear end, just from the looks of it, aswell as from what i can find the dimensions of the different models the panels should be interchangeable. Figured someone on here would have already been through this and figured id ask.

Example ( Hood from 07 coupe, to my limited 05 convertible)
Thank you in advance - Brady

I found this on e bay. Check the fitment chart below the listing. They are interchangeable.

I've been through this myself, but my hood was not damaged. I did all the work myself with the exception of paint. There are parts under the fender that have also been damaged. You did not mention the front bumper cover, but if that is damaged also and needs replacement you will need to straight the metal bumper behind the cover. Be prepared to cut out spot welds ( there are tools available) and reattach the supporting fender brackets by welding or using SEM adhesives. Good Luck!
