The display is not lighting up in the centre left, all the speeds from 0-70 and the entire fuel gauge, including the needle.
I checked and It’s not the light dial, it stays like this from min to max, it’s just more obvious with it all lit up. Fuses are all good.
If anyone ran into this issue please let me know what it was and how you fixed it. I found nothing and the only thing left is to open up the dash to dig for the circuit board which I would really not want to do unless absolutely necessary 😂
Good video that brought back memories of when I removed the instrument cluster years ago.
One tip: Be careful when playing around with bulbs after cluster removal. There are some empty, unused sockets, so it's easy to put a bulb in one of them. AMHIK. My suggestion is that you mark all unused sockets with masking tape before doing any bulb swaps.
So it was actually one of the brake bulbs in the back causing this. Someone noticed the double filament was not lighting up when the brake pedal was pressed and we opened the trunk and one on the bulbs was not put in right. Once we adjusted it the dash lighting went back to normal, the brake lights work and the bulb out warning is gone.
