A couple things. I know in Texas you can take a defensive driving class (or video from blockbuster or online) once a year to get a ticket expunged from your record (you have to get that ticket and the apply that defensive driving to THAT ticket) i dont know if they have that in Minnesoat, but you can always ask.


Second, you have the legal right to ask the officer to see the radar gun/laser. He has to show you.
