Anyone here have an Iphone?
We are in the market to replace our mobile phones and are considering the Iphone. We are currently with Sprint for our mobile phones and AT&T for our internet/home phone service. I see the price for the Iphones has dropped to $199. However, I’m wondering what the monthly plans cost. My friends that have Iphones get there monthly fees paid for by their work.
If you have one, what is your monthly fee? We’ll be getting a two phone plan if they have that. We also like the unlimited long distance plans.
I know, I could call our local Apple store. But I’m looking for unbiased answers from fellow forum members.

I have one.
My plan is the 900 minute plan and unlimited data, and 200 test messages.
With tax it's about $110.00 a month. That's how Apple reduced the prices of the phone, they increased the plans which Apple get a percentage of.
I love it, I'm not in a 3G area at the moment and when I am it's superfast. When I'm on the edge network speed is definitely lacking, so check that out.
Ipod works great on, beautiful video, and ton of apps to load.
I highly recommend, I'm not sure about the share plans with the Iphone though??
Sprint now with there Iphone competitor and there $99.00 unlimited plan sounds pretty good though.
I purchased the 16gb model for $249.00 and have no regrets.

ATT here told me the iphone was 299 and the monthly plan was 30 more per month.
I picked up a Samsung eternity instead for 145 after rebate and 15 more per month for unlimited internet.
So far the eternity works great. iphone has a better web browser but not by much..also there is no wifi for eternity if that matters to you.(only needed if you are not in a supported area and need to piigyback someone else s internet.)

Thanks for your replies. I checked online and the 3G 8GB Iphone is $199 and the 16GB Iphone is $299. The cheapest family plan they show is 700 minutes for $129/month which is really about $140/month with taxes. That includes unlimited internet.
I'm going to check into that Sprint compeditor.
